Veterinarian & Owner
He graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 and began his career in embryo transfer with CCG that same year. Dr. Breiner is an active member of the American Embryo Transfer Association (AETA) .

He is a 2013 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where he completed several clinical rotations in embryo transfer practice. He is an active member of the American Embryo Transfer Association (AETA) where he serves as the membership committee chair, and the American Association of Bovine Practitioners (AABP).
Veterinarian & Owner
She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University. In 2012, she obtained board certification as a Theriogenologist (Animal Reproduction) and serves as a member of American College of Theriogenology.
Veterinarian
Dr. Bonacker is a 2022 graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. She also earned her Master’s of Science in Reproductive Physiology in 2022. Dr. Bonacker is an active member of the American Embryo Transfer Association (AETA).
Our Donor Cow Managers

Kansas Donor Manager
Troy has been a longtime member of the CCG team serving as our Kansas donor manager. He facilitates shots, breeding schedules and manages cattle nutrition to ensure donors are ready for collection days. Troy loves working with the best cows from multiple breeders across the country. Outside of work, Troy is on the Board of Trustees for the American Simmental Association and enjoys managing his own cattle herd with his wife and kids.

Oklahoma Donor Manager
Jaq is a California native who joined the CCG Oklahoma crew in 2023. He takes pride in the work behind the scenes and especially enjoys the satisfaction of seeing embryo transfer calves hit the ground each year — a rewarding reminder of the impact of the team’s efforts.
Whether he’s fixing fence, setting up donor cows, or helping wherever needed, Jaq brings energy and a positive attitude that keeps the fun level high at CCG. Recently married, Jaq enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Assistant Kansas Donor Manager
Jasper has been with the CCG team since 2024. He is an integral part of our donor and recipient management in Kansas and helps keep our facilities looking top-notch. He enjoys being part of the process for collection and transfer days. In his spare time, he loves to cook and even caters in the area!

Lab Manager and Lead Embryologist
Sandy has been an integral part of the Cross Country Genetics team for many years. Known for wearing many hats, she plays a vital role in coordinating schedules and keeping the daily operations of our veterinarians and embryologists running smoothly. Her organization, attention to detail, and steady presence help ensure our team delivers the highest level of service to our clients.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Sandy has dedicated her entire professional career to CCG. Alongside her work, she and her husband operate a commercial cow-calf operation in Olsburg, Kansas, where they work alongside their three grown children — Brooklynn, Skyler, and Landry.
Outside of the office, Sandy enjoys gardening, growing flowers, spending time with her family, and getting lost in a good book.

Oklahoma Lab Manager & Embryologist
Taryn has been a valued member of our Oklahoma clinic team since 2022. She is a graduate of Redlands Community College and Oklahoma State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.
Taryn enjoys traveling to client operations and seeing firsthand the impact our work has on helping producers achieve their genetic goals. Being able to connect with operations across the region and witness the results of embryo transfer programs is one of her favorite parts of the job. Outside of CCG, Taryn loves spending time with her family and traveling to cattle shows. She’s also a big fan of red dirt music — especially Turnpike Troubadours and Cross Canadian Ragweed.

Embryologist
Toni joined the Cross Country Genetics team in 2020 and brings both skill and enthusiasm to her role. Originally from Minot, North Dakota, she is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Toni’s favorite part of her work is being an integral part of creating beef calves from a petri dish — a process that perfectly blends science, precision, and excitement for the industry.
Outside of CCG, Toni is an avid equestrian and values the time she spends with her horses. She also enjoys fishing and bird watching whenever she can. At home, she stays busy with her son, Cutter, her two Dachshunds (Dill and Penny), and a lively pond full of fish.

Embryologist
Lanee joined the CCG team in 2023 after graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She enjoys traveling to client operations, learning their programs, goals, and visions, and helping bring those to life through ET. Lanee has a passion for travel and spent three weeks in Switzerland following graduation. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors—whether riding horses, fishing, boating, or adventuring with her dog, Millie. Lanee also has a creative side and runs her own photography business.

Embryologist
Tobi joined the Cross Country Genetics team in 2024 and quickly became a valued part of the crew. A graduate of Kansas State University, she earned her degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in Production and Management.
Tobi loves working with cattle and values the camaraderie she’s found bonding with the CCG team. Being part of an operation that supports progressive producers and advances beef genetics is something she takes pride in every day.
Outside of work, Tobi enjoys basketball and spending time with her family. She stays busy caring for her many animals, including a horse, two dogs, barn cats, and plenty of cows.

Missouri Lab Embryologist
Trinity joined the Cross Country Genetics team in 2025, bringing a strong academic background and passion for reproductive physiology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee in 2022, followed by a Master of Science in Reproductive Physiology from Virginia Tech in 2024.
Originally from Monroe, Michigan, Trinity considers Tennessee home and now resides in Missouri, where she supports our Missouri clinic location in addition to our Oklahoma location. Her favorite part of the job is working with embryos and partnering with beef producers across Kansas and Missouri to help advance their genetic programs.
Outside of work, Trinity enjoys the energy of a great live music scene and spending time with her two dogs, Ruger and Moose.

Caroline joined the Cross Country Genetics team in 2025 and enjoys building relationships with clients, whether at the clinic or traveling on-farm. She values the opportunity to connect with new people and be part of a team dedicated to advancing progressive cattle operations.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Caroline earned her degree in Animal Science & Industry in 2025. During her time at K-State, she had the opportunity to travel to Ireland for the K-State vs. Iowa State football game — an experience she’ll never forget.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and her dog, making the most of time with family and friends whenever she can.

Accounting
Janet joined CCG in 2021 and is the friendly voice you get when you call with billing questions. She loves the family atmosphere at CCG. Janet has been married to her husband for more than 40 years and together they farm crops and raise cattle. Janet loves to be outside and a good walk is good for her soul.

Client Communications & Marketing
Natalie joined the team in 2025 and works with our clients to coordinate IVF donor cows as well as all marketing and promotional activities for CCG. She has a degree in bovine reproductive physiology and a career background in marketing, making this is a perfect marriage of the two. Natalie and Dr. Anderson are married with 3 kids who love to be at the clinic, too.
