Our Veterinarians
He is a 2013 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where he completed several clinical rotations in embryo transfer practice. He is an active member of the American Embryo Transfer Association (AETA) where he serves as the membership committee chair, and the American Association of Bovine Practitioners (AABP).
Our Donor Cow Managers
Mitchell is one of our two Donor Cow Managers at the Kansas location of Cross Country Genetics. He joined the CCG team in the spring of 2026 after working as a ranch hand at an Angus seedstock operation. Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, Mitchell graduated from Kansas State University in 2025 with a degree in Animal Science where he developed a strong passion for cattle management and handling. Mitchell brings a combination of hard work, determination and a genuine passion for cow care to his role at CCG.
Outside of work, Mitchell stays active by training for endurance races – his 10 years of rugby apparently weren’t enough! He also enjoys cooking and a good ribeye steak is his favorite cut of beef.

Nolan is one of CCG’s two donor managers. He graduated in 2026 with a Master’s of Science in Veterinary Biomedical Sciences following his Bachelor’s in Animal Science in 2025, both from Kansas State University. Nolan brings an enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a desire to continue learning to his role at CCG. he especially enjoys the opportunity to interact with CCG clients being part of programs focused on elite cattle genetics.
Originally from Hoisington, Kansas, Nolan is the youngest of three children. He enjoys hunting with his Black Lab, Gus, and likes to golf in his spare time. He never says no to a good ribeye steak or smoked brisket.

Our Embryologists
Sandy has been an integral part of the Cross Country Genetics team for many years. Known for wearing many hats, she plays a vital role in coordinating schedules and keeping the daily operations of our veterinarians and embryologists running smoothly. Her organization, attention to detail, and steady presence help ensure our team delivers the highest level of service to our clients.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Sandy has dedicated her entire professional career to CCG. Alongside her work, she and her husband operate a commercial cow-calf operation in Olsburg, Kansas, where they work alongside their three grown children — Brooklynn, Skyler, and Landry.
Outside of the office, Sandy enjoys gardening, growing flowers, spending time with her family, and getting lost in a good book.

Taryn has been a valued member of our Oklahoma clinic team since 2022. She is a graduate of Redlands Community College and Oklahoma State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.
Taryn enjoys traveling to client operations and seeing firsthand the impact our work has on helping producers achieve their genetic goals. Being able to connect with operations across the region and witness the results of embryo transfer programs is one of her favorite parts of the job. Outside of CCG, Taryn loves spending time with her family and traveling to cattle shows. She’s also a big fan of red dirt music — especially Turnpike Troubadours and Cross Canadian Ragweed.

Bailey joined the CCG team in 2026 after graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science & Industry. Originally from Wamego, Kansas, Bailey enjoys the opportunity to put her education and experience to work at CCG. She especially enjoys working with clients, traveling to their operations and learning more about the many different cattle programs she encounters along the way.
In her spare time, Bailey loves playing guitar, spending time with her family and evaluating a good cut of meat (she was, after all, a member of the 2024 National Champion Meats Judging team at K-State). She loves helping on her family’s farm where they raise Angus cattle and grow corn and soybeans.

Lanee joined the CCG team in 2023 after graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She enjoys traveling to client operations, learning their programs, goals, and visions, and helping bring those to life through ET. Lanee has a passion for travel and spent three weeks in Switzerland following graduation. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors—whether riding horses, fishing, boating, or adventuring with her dog, Millie. Lanee also has a creative side and runs her own photography business.

Kelcy hails from McPherson, Kansas and is a 2026 graduate of K-State with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science & Industry. Kelcy is passionate about being in an industry that is constantly moving forward – and the cattle ET industry is just that. She enjoys connecting with producers across Kansas and beyond and being part of a team that helps clients reach their genetic and production goals through embryo transfer.
Kelcy grew up on a commercial cow-calf operation and enjoys helping her family check cows alongside her two dogs, Ripley and Gus. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, attending K-State athletic events and traveling to the mountains whenever she gets the chance.

Cambell joined the Cross Country Genetics team after graduating from Kansas State University in 2026 with a degree in Animal Science and Industry. Originally from Virginia, Cambell has a strong appreciation for the science and attention to detail involved in the intricacies of the cattle ET industry. She enjoys knowing that her work plays an important part in the future of cattle genetics and can have a lasting impact on CCG clients and their operations.
Outside of work, Cambell enjoys running, reading and cooking. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, whether she’s catfishing or attending a bull sale with her boyfriend, Ben.

Rachel Donaldson graduated in 2026 from Kansas State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Industry. Upon graduation, Rachel joined the CCG team. She enjoys the hands-on nature of her work at CCG and the opportunity to learn something new everyday. She especially enjoys traveling to client operations, seeing different management styles and production systems, and learning from the producers she works with.
Originally from Berryton, Kansas, Rachel is a family-oriented person who enjoys spending time with her sisters and helping on her family’s cow-calf operation. When she’s not working with cattle, you’ll likely find her outdoors fishing or spending time with family. Rachel is also looking forward to another big adventure – she and her fiancé are getting married in September 2026!

Kelcey joined the CCG team after graduating from Oklahoma State University in 2025 with a degree in Animal Science. Originally from Snyder, Texas, Kelcey gained experience through an internship at a large equine ranch in Oklahoma before joining CCG.
Kelcey brings a genuine excitement and down-to-earth approach and passion for agriculture to her work. She is thrilled to be part of a system that helps producers meet their goals of producing live, marketable calves.
Outside of work, Kelcey enjoys embroidery, painting (really anything crafty!), live music and anything her dogs can do with her. Her family raised cotton in Texas and, naturally, she loves a good Texas brisket.

Our Office Staff
Janet joined CCG in 2021 and is the friendly voice you get when you call with billing questions. She loves the family atmosphere at CCG. Janet has been married to her husband for more than 40 years and together they farm crops and raise cattle. Janet loves to be outside and a good walk is good for her soul.Â

Natalie joined the team in 2025 and works with our clients to coordinate IVF donor cows as well as all marketing and promotional activities for CCG. She has a degree in bovine reproductive physiology and a career background in marketing, making this is a perfect marriage of the two. Natalie and Dr. Anderson are married with 3 kids who love to be at the clinic, too.Â
